Install
Install using R2ModMan.
Usage
If you are GM, press the keyboard shortcut (default RCTRL+A but can be re-configured in the config for the plugin). A prompt will ask for the name of the creatures to whom all players will have permissions. Any creature whose name starts will the given entry will have its permissions changed to allow all players to access it. The "ALL" button can be used to make all creatures accessible by all players.
If you are a player attempting to use this function, you will be reprimanded by an on screen message.
